Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with managers and coordinate various functions and activities as directed
- Maintain system records, ensuring compliance with WHS, Environmental Management, and QA standards
- Ensure organization-wide IMS system compliance by reporting unsafe practices, work conditions, and hazards
- Enter job confirmation data from Wastedge to Wasteman
- Enter data for new contracts
- Assist with data entry of A/P invoices through MYOB
- Answer phone calls and assist clients with inquiries such as additional services or missed services
- Assist the Accounts and Administration Manager with various tasks as needed
- Provide assistance on any assigned tasks as needed
