Experienced Administration Support person required.
Gilbert Labour Solutions Pty Ltd is a fast-growing contracting company located in Tumut NSW. We are currently expanding our operations and require an administrative support person to join our team.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We seek an organised and motivated admin support person to assist with general office duties to support our daily operations. This is a broad administration role and will cover a wide range of tasks. The candidate will also be expected to provide cross-skills coverage to allow for leave and sick days for the office team. The successful candidate must have an Australian Drivers Licence and their own transport and will be expected to attend work-related assignments and run errands.
The role will begin at 3 days per week with options to expand as the role evolves. There are large projects that run annually which may require additional time commitment and overtime.
Duties include:
- Data entry
- Managing email correspondence
- Answering phones
- Filing
- Proof reading
- Inventory management
- General onboarding
- Payroll support
- Employee and customer liaising
- Corresponding with suppliers
- Arranging travel bookings
- Maintaining confidentiality
The successful candidate must have:
- 2-3 years administration experience
- Proven proficiency with Microsoft Suite and computer skills
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills and reliability
- Bookkeeping skills
- Interpersonal skills
- Typing speed of 40 wpm minimum
- Time management and multi-tasking skills
- Flexibility with hours
