Forsyths is searching for our newest administration superstar, that will be based in our Tamworth office! This role will focus on servicing our SMSF clients and supporting a team of busy accountants. As part of our dynamic Forsyths team, you will be someone who:
- Demonstrates superior teamwork skills and enjoys working in a close knit and supportive team.
- Shows high attention to detail with strong organisation and communication skills to effectively manage enquiries and correspondence.
- Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Has a positive, can-do attitude and is able to prioritise and multitask.
- Has a vibrant, energetic personality with a touch of fun.
The role requires a high level of collaboration in the completion of a variety of administration, reporting and data focused tasks, as well as coordinating meetings and travel arrangements where required.
We understand that life has its own tempo. This is a part time role, so you get to balance your work commitments with the other important aspects in your life – whether it's family, personal projects, or simply some well-deserved downtime. Ideally, we are searching for someone who can work 5 days at shorter hours but are flexible for the right candidate.
Experience in a professional services environment and an understanding of accounting practices would be looked upon favourably. Qualifications in Business Administration and experience in a professional services environment would be highly regarded.
