Rob Wilkinson Building is looking for an Office Administrator Assistant on a part Time basis to join our team at Stanthorpe.
Monday to Thursday 9am to 3pm.
Assistant to the works project manager and general office duties, including;
- Liaising with customers by phone, email and work portal regarding progress and finalisation of jobs
- Updating work in progress software applications
- Liaison and coordination with suppliers and subtrades in the completion of works
- Maintain client document files
- Contracts, and contract documentation
- Purchase orders
- Invoices
- General office duties as directed by senior office staff
Essential skills and qualifications;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Pleasant phone manner and very good interpersonal skills
- Ability to retain information and take direction
- Reliability, trustworthiness and responsibility
- Exceptional customer service skills and a can-do, team-oriented attitude
