About the Role
- Liaising with the manager/supervisor with planning weekly tasks
- Reviewing, planning and scheduling of operations and maintenance
- Onboarding fleet and staff, scheduling staff inductions
- Fast paced work environment multi-tasking & prioritising variety of works
- Ensuring purchase orders and work orders are completed and submitted
- Coordinate all details of incoming job bookings and outgoing works
- Computer inputting daily data and monitoring work through office program
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience using Netsuite Software in a similar role within the mining industry will be highly regarded
- Vast knowledge of One Drive, Excel, Word & Outlook highly regarded
- Scheduling experience advantageous
- A high commitment to safety, quality and attention to detail
- Ability to work within a team and unsupervised when required
- A positive and self-motivated approach to your work
- Quoting experience highly regarded
- Drivers Licence and own transport highly regarded
- Forklift Licence highly regarded
