Position: Administration Support Officer
Status: Permanent role with flexible working arrangements 30-38 hours per week
Hourly rate: $41.74 per hour plus super
Location: Great Eastern Highway, Belmont, WA

About this role
Based in our Belmont office, you will:
- Provide administrative support to One Tree managers, including but not limited to; helping them create documents or reports, word processing, filing, editing, proof reading, ordering, photocopying or other administrative tasks.
- To work as an effective team member.
- Ensure the service’s documentation is completed and filed according to Regulatory and WHS requirement.
- Assist with preparing documentation (i.e. training manuals, induction preparation etc.)
- Provide general administrative support to staff.
- Set up and maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems.
- Assist with data entry as requested.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Punctual, proactive, honest and responsible with integrity and a good sense of humor.
- Knowledge and or understanding of early childhood education and care settings is an advantage but not essential.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Well-developed written and oral communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite to include excel and outlook.
- High level computer literacy skills.
- Ability to manage time efficiently.
- Understanding of and commitment to One Tree’s mission, values and code of ethics.
