About the Role
Duties & Responsibilities
- Respond to national customer enquiries via telephone and email
- Provide advice and support regarding scheduling, progress updates and information on relevant programs
- Database administration, including entering, verifying and maintaining program data with a high degree of accuracy
- Compilation of data to assist with audit reports or preparation of compliance certificates
- Liaise with auditors to determine availability and schedule audits
- Demonstrated administration and customer service experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to engage professionally with staff, clients and other stakeholders
- Adaptable and positive attitude towards ongoing changes to systems, processes and culture
- Excellent attention to detail - you will be working in an audit and compliance environment so accuracy is of the utmost importance
- Highly developed time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
- Due to the location of this office you will need to have access to your own transport
- COVID-19 vaccination is an essential requirement for this position
