About the role:
Victoria Police are currently advertising an ongoing, full-time VPS2 Administration Support position within the Human Source Management Unit (HSMU). HSMU forms part of the Covert Services Division (CSD) of Intelligence and Covert Support Command (ICSC).
As the successful applicant, you will be responsible for providing a high level of Administrative Support to Police Members and VPS staff within the Unit.

Your duties will include:
* Routine administrative tasks such as filing, archiving, and ordering office consumables.
* Planning, agenda development and minute taking for ongoing meetings.
* Prepare routine correspondence on a range of administrative matters and attend to follow-up procedures.
* Perform other administrative functions as required.
As the successful applicant, you will have:
* High level of communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in the use of software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
* The ability to work in a team environment as well as work independently.
* An eagerness to learn and develop within your role.
Requirements and relevant information:
* One (1) x full-time, ongoing position available.
* This position is located at Victoria Police Centre, 311 Spencer Street, Docklands.
* The successful applicant will be required to undergo National Security Vetting, achieve and maintain a security classification as determined by the Department Head. To achieve this, applicants must be an Australian Citizen.
* The successful applicant will be required to undergo pre-employment checks which may include fingerprint checks and misconduct screening.
