Reporting to our IT Manager, you will provide the very best customer service experience to our staff and residents. The position will be based at our Regional NSW Location in Padstow NSW Padstow Aged Care Facility - Casa Mia | Infinite Care (infin8care.com.au) and will involve some travel to our various NSW facilities as required.
- Data collection and retention.
- IT stock ordering and management of stock.
- Supporting site staff with password resets and setting up MFA on their personal devices.
- Support site staff with installing apps on mobile devices from App stores.
- Maintaining the departments Asset management system.
- Updating guides within our helpdesk.
- Connecting resident devices to our network and maintaining records.
- IT Inductions for new staff.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in an administrative role.
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- A current driver’s licence and car is required.
- Having a valid NDIS Workers Screening Clearance (or apply via How to apply | NDIS).
