The role of the Construction Administration Support Officeris to manage the day to day administration tasks and provide administrative support to the Construction Manager & Project Managers.
Role: Construction Administration Support Officer
Starting Salary: $60K - $70K negotiable depending on experience
Permanent position after Probation period
Full time hours Monday to Friday Darwin NT based role
Key Responsibilities : As the Construction AdministrationSupport Officer
your key duties will be
- Provide accurate and timely administrative support including producing documentation, data integrity and records management.
- Comply with all relevant business policies, procedures & systems including but not limited to OH&S & Quality Assurance.
- Prepare draft documentation in accordance with standard templates, including but not limited to correspondence, reports, and procurement documentation.
- Undertake research and provide assistance to the project team in the development of documentation and reports on projects.
our ideal candidate will possess:
- Great communication, Administration and organisational skills
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role
- Willingness to learn and grow your skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage and present information with high attention to detail, accuracy and confidentiality.
Highly desirable
- Certificate III or higher qualifications in Project administration
- Demonstrated experience in undertaking contract and project administration
- Knowledge of relevant governance and legislative requirements
