About this role
Based out in Gladstone, you will:
- Provide administrative support to one manager , including but not limited to; helping them create documents or reports, word processing, filing, editing, proof reading, ordering, photocopying or other administrative tasks.
- To work as an effective team member.
- Log data into SAP
- Ensure the service’s documentation is completed and filed according to Regulatory and WHS requirement.
- Provide general administrative support to staff.
- Set up and maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems.
- Assist with data entry as requested.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Experience with SAP (Bonus)
- Punctual, proactive, honest and responsible with integrity
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Well-developed written and oral communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite to include excel and outlook.
- High level computer literacy skills.
- Ability to manage time efficiently.
- Must have own transport and license
