Our valued client based in Woodside is seeking an experienced Administration person to provide administration support to their building services team. This is a part-time casual role for someone with experience in the local government sphere.
What the role entails:
- Liaising with internal staff and external clients to facilitate daily operations relating to building services.
- Maintaining and administering databases, documents and records.
- Data entry duties and telephone call work.
- Managing the administrative duties in support of all work.
What you can bring to the role:
- Administration experience in the local government sector.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- High-level attention to detail and accuracy.
- The ability to manage tasks within given timeframes.
- The ability to work within a team and also autonomously.
- A positive nature and keen desire to excel in all aspects of the role.
This is a casual temporary position for the successful candidate for approximately 3 days per week for a 3 month period.
