Our host employer is currently looking for a Business Administration Trainee who is dedicated and passionate about learning new skills. You will be provided with an amazing opportunity to join a group of highly motivated professionals that will provide support, coaching and mentoring in all aspects of your training and employment THE ROLE:
Provide quality service to both internal and external customers
Answer inbound calls and emails
Coordinate appointments with clients
Data entry of orders, credits, returns
Stock and pricing enquires
Restocking brick samples
THE CANDIDATE:
Strong interest in business administration
Attention to detail
Customer service focused
Excellent time management
Ability to pick up knowledge quickly
Previous experience in building industry desired, but not essential
THE OFFER:
Receive a Cert III Business Administration
12-month traineeship (online course)
Full time Monday to Friday, 38-hour week
Rotating roster 7am-3pm, then 9am-5pm
Weekly pay cycle
Horsley Park - parking available
