As the face of Nupak Australia, you will be pivotal in creating a welcoming and efficient environment. Your responsibilities will include managing front desk activities, assisting in various administrative tasks, and ensuring a seamless operation within the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Director of first impressions, you are the face of the business
  • Communicate and respond to customers in a timely manner.
  • Managing administrative tasks related to payroll and HR.
  • Ensuring compliance with financial and legal requirements.
  • Providing customer service regarding payroll and administrative queries.
  • Collaborating effectively with team members across different departments.

  • Strong Verbal and Written Communication: You have the ability to communicate clearly and effectively, ensuring that all stakeholders understand all payroll and administrative processes.
  • Exceptional Customer Service Skills: You are approachable and responsive, handling inquiries and resolving issues with a positive attitude.
  • Excellent Time Management: You can manage multiple tasks efficiently, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy under pressure.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in reception and administrative roles.
  • Proficient in payroll software and MS Office.
  • Experience in customer service and order processing
