Role Responsibilities:
- Financial Report Management: Manage financial records and systematize operations to support project efficiency.
- Client Relationship Management: Act as the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring all communications are handled with professionalism and warmth. Conduct in-house showroom meetings to discuss client needs.
- Quote Preparation: Prepare accurate and comprehensive quotes for clients, helping them understand our services and costs.
- Appointment Scheduling: Organize and manage schedules for client meetings, installations, and follow-ups to ensure efficient workflow.
- Document and System Management: Maintain and improve office filing systems to ensure documents are easily accessible and data management is streamlined.
