- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and high level of computer literacy
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong organizational ability and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
Tasks & responsibilities
- Work with directors and general manager to ensure day-to-day business operations are executed
- Liaising with external companies to ensure office activities run smoothly (e.g. cleaning company, water delivery, maintenance)
- Preparing boardroom for events/meetings and organizing venues for events/meetings as required
- Maintaining insurances, memberships and accreditations for the business and other staff
- Generating invoices
- Assist general manager with the onboarding of new staff (e.g. organizing equipment, system access, record keeping)
- Planning/organizing company events (e.g team dinners)
- Reception duties (monitoring phone and email enquiries)
- Using templates to create content for social media and marketing. Scheduling marking/social media posts and email marketing.
