A privately owned family business that is large enough to grow and expand where the Dealer Principal knows you by your first name.About the Role:The New Vehicle Stock Controller plays a pivotal role in managing various administrative tasks within our dealership. This position primarily focuses on New Vehicle stock control and registration of both new and used vehicles.The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills and a strong understanding of automotive inventory control and registration processes. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, adherence to strict deadlines, and a commitment to upholding internal and manufacturer policies and procedures.Responsibilities:
- Source vehicles from manufacturer and other Toyota dealerships promptly as needed.
- Manage and update internal systems to facilitate vehicle deliveries.
- Coordinate activities to ensure timely vehicle deliveries.
- Complete the online registering process for both new and used vehicles.
- Maintain accurate stock levels as guided by management and updating inventory records.
- Arrange transportation of new vehicles from the manufacturer and other Toyota Dealers to ensure that new vehicles ar delivered to customers on time.
- Raise repair orders for vehicle accessory fitment.
- Consult with sales team members regarding vehicle preparation and delivery schedules.
- Manage the intake of vehicles from manufacturers.
- Assist in the registration process for all vehicles and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
