In this position you will be responsible for:

  • Accounts receivable duties for a designated portfolio of McCallum business units;
  • Undertaking routine administration activities to support the business, which includes reception responsibilities, providing a high level of customer service to visitors, customers and colleagues;
  • Providing supervision to supported employees with disabilities in reception and administration tasks including arranging daily work tasks, problem solving and work oversight.

Our Administration/Reception Officer will have the following personal attributes:

  1. A keen eye for attention to detail particularly in reviewing accuracy of accounts and undertaking reconciliations
  2. Friendly, can do attitude who will openly communicate and ask questions
  3. An ability to easily and quickly learn new computer systems
  4. Organisation skills to manage your to-do lists and systems of work whilst supervising others
  5. Professionalism, understanding the privilege of privacy and confidentiality working with supported employees.
  6. A love of people, their diversity and individual contributions with an ability to communicate, support and encourage all types of employees especially our supported employees with disabilities.
