About the Role:
We are currently seeking an Accounts Administrator to join the Buru Rehab team. This is a part-time position with a view to moving to a full time role as we continue to grow. The role comes with flexible work hours on offer. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing accounts and admin support to our team. The role will be predominately working from home with weekly catch ups with the team in our Rockingham office.
Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support across the team.
- Financial data entry and processing.
- Completing credit application documentation as required
- Assisting with maintaining accounts receivable and payable records and reports
- Assisting with fortnightly payroll and statutory superannuation lodgments
- Maintaining asset registers and insurance requirements
- Strong employee and client focus
Skills & Experience:
- Sound knowledge with Xero
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft office including Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer and data entry skills
- A high attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and the ability to work to deadlines
- Relevant experience in a similar role
