A newly created opportunity has become available for a dynamic, experienced, team focused Administrative Assistant to support our Operations Manager.
This is a part-time opportunity, 30 hours per week, preferably to work Monday - Friday in the Mulgrave branch.
This all-encompassing support role that will provide primary administrative support to the Operations Manager, responsibilities as follows:
- Email and diary management, responding on matters requiring immediate attention.
- Travel coordination, managing domestic and international travel.
- Processing of expenses on behalf Operations Manager.
- Assist with compilation of monthly/quarterly reports, including Town Hall and customer reports.
- Processing and raising Purchase Orders within the ERP system.
- Scheduling meetings, assisting with agendas and taking minutes.
- Administrative support and assistance for other Senior Leaders within the Operations Group when required.
About you:
- Demonstrated experience in an office administration/EA or coordination support role.
- Proven background in organising and maintaining relevant documentation for meetings.
- High level literacy in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and some experience in ERP and or CRM systems.
- Adaptive communication style, both written and verbal with ability to be professional and friendly at all levels.
- Must demonstrate a high level of confidentiality at all times.
- Demonstrated ability to manage varied and conflicting demands, timelines and standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task and manage conflicting priorities.
