Our team, comprising occupational therapists, physiotherapists, clinical nurse consultants and Life Care Planners, collaborate across Australia to ensure holistic care prescriptions tailored to each individual client's needs. As a team of committed professionals, we take pride in understanding and meeting all of the needs of individuals living with disabilities.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in providing essential support to our team, clients and law firms. Responsibilities include prompt client and stakeholder correspondence, efficient diary management, making travel arrangements, and seamless collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate should exhibit enthusiasm, problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and the ability to work autonomously as required.
Job Details: - Initial role will be part-time (24 hours per week) to work closely with our administration manger. If suitable you would be needed to undertake a full-time locum position for maternity leave for our administration Manager from September - February inclusive. Salary review at this time.
About You:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant in a fast-paced office setting.
- High school diploma with additional Administration qualifications or significant relevant experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with our team of senior practitioners
- Demonstrated reliability, initiative, and problem-solving abilities.
- Commitment to delivering client-focused services with flexibility and consistency.
Desirable Skills:
- Class C unrestricted driver's license with access to own reliable vehicle or easy access to public transport (our company is located 10 minutes’ walk from the North Ryde Metro Station)
- Familiarity with time costing programs or case management software (e.g., Nightingale or LawMaster).
- Experience with NDIS and Quality System Management/audit processes (preferred but not essential).
