Opportunity
We are looking for an office all-rounder to join a busy administration team. Someone willing and eager to provide support to the team and clients, be the first point of contact for the company, and work on key administrative and reception tasks.
Duties
Assisting the insolvency team in their day-to-day operations, your duties would include:
- Perform clerical receptionist tasks such as filing, photocopying, etc.
- Welcome and direct guests to the appropriate person/office/meeting space.
- Maintain the client database.
- Support in coordinating events (RSVPs, ordering supplies, etc).
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls (low-volume).
- Arrange travel and accommodation for staff as required.
- Order supplies and keep track of inventory.
- Schedule meetings and update calendars.
- Maintain updated records of office expenses and costs, including reconciliations
- Option to support the office manager on marketing (training provided).
About you
We are looking for a motivated, team player who enjoys the variety of a busy admin role and who has experience in:
- An administrative role within an office environment.
- A high level of interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- Demonstrated skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Exceptional time management, with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
