Administrative Assistant Full-Time Position
8:30am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday
Location: Blacktown in Sydney

All About You Supports is a young company based in Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Maitland, Central Coast, that provides outstanding individualised services to people with support needs. We offer a range of services to in residential care, in home care and community access with distinct aims to improve independence, develop skills and provide a HIGH quality of life. We offer a unique service for participants from all over to engage in holidays with individualised supports, in group and individual packaged holiday programs and tailor-made holidays for the participant.
The Role
A full time position is available in our business for an Administrative Assistant. As the Administrative Assistant you will be responsible for:
- Undertaking a variety of administrative activities for All About You Supports and partners including (but not limited to) answering the phone during office hours, checking messages and returning calls promptly
- Managing the ****@aays.com.au email address, directing emails to the appropriate department, filing emails and booking appointments
- Input data accurately and maintain system databases including updating new participant details in ShiftCare
- Completing the Schedule of Support and Service Agreement for new clients
- Set up roster in ShiftCare and entering all instructions given.
- Liaise with the Director, HR and Services Coordinator weekly to schedule any additional Administration tasks for completion
- Weekly email out to COS’ of AAYS flyers/ advertising
- Update the AAYS maintenance register with maintenance requests
- Assist with preparation for expos and events
- Assist with the collation of the monthly organisational newsletter
- Any other administrative duties as required

- Experience in an Administration role
- Knowledge of working within the caring sector
- Demonstrated ability to work, interact and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels and build positive, professional relationships
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptionally organised with the ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Ability to resolve conflict and make positive decisions

Selection Criteria
- Minimum 3 years experience in an Administration role
- Certificate 3 (or higher) in Business Administration
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications
- Typing Speed of 60/Wpm+
- NDIS Workers Screening Certificate
- Working with Children's Check
- A current valid NSW driver's licence
- NDIS Orientation Certificate
- Thorough understanding of NDIS Practice Standards
- 100 Points of Identification
- Covid 19 Certificate showing at least 2 vaccinations
