They are leaders in the field of remedial construction on projects valued from $500K - $10m.As the company continues to grow, they are seeking an experienced Accounts & Admin Assistant to join their team on a casual basis. You will play a vital role in the overall running of the business and their operations.The Role
- Assisting with general accounts functions - accounts payables, assist with month-end, bank reconcilistions, expenses, reporting
- Payroll - roughly 35 employees
- General HR admin duties - onboarding, offboarding, facilitating orientations and inductions
- Adhoc administration - updating files, documentation, scheduling meetings and appointments
- Previous experience within a similar role, exposure and knowledge with the construction and the built environment is essential
- Experience using XERO
- Proven experience with general HR admin tasks, data entry and accounts
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills - both written and verbal
- Casual basis - Up to $40 per hour + superannuation
- 2-3 days based in their office
