The Environmental Health Consultancy (EHC) is a rapidly expanding private food safety consultancy/auditing company based in Hurstville.
EHC specialises in food safety services to sectors of the food industries including hotels, food manufacturers and aged care with clients worldwide.
EHC is looking for a dynamic Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining efficient office operations and providing support to the EHC team.
Responsibilities include implementing and supporting our technology EHCO, handling administrative tasks, managing communication, and offering assistance to staff and clients as required.
The role is required 2 days per week (Monday and Tuesday), at our Hurstville office. Hours are 9am to 5pm. Flexibility is important as workloads can vary.

Responsibilities
- Assist with implementation and ongoing user maintenance of EHCO (Digital Monitoring System)
- Support in scheduling of Food Safety Audits and Food Safety Training globally
- Handling correspondence via email internally and externally
- Manage client contracts
- Performing data entry and maintaining databases
- Coordinate travel schedules (Domestic and International)
- Providing general administrative support to the team
To be considered for this role, you will require the following skills and experience:
- A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Exceptional attention to details
- Problem-solving skills
- Strong multitasking skills
- Reliability and proactive approach to work, capable of both independent and team-based tasks
- Experience with Monday.com (preferred but not essential)
- Ability to adapt to new systems
- Previous experience with travel scheduling
- Experience in all Microsoft Office applications is essential
- Passion for collaborative environments
- High sense of urgency and resilience
