Administrative Assistant
We have an exciting opportunity for an entry-level Administrative Assistant to join our team. Perfect job for uni students. No experience is necessary, all training will be provided.
About the Role:
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be:
- Supporting the Director daily to drive and manage workflow
- Attending Management Team meetings and taking minutes, and driving follow-up with relevant team members
- Effectively building strong working relationships across the team to drive initiatives and actions
- Managing the Director’s calendar and emails (including correspondence) and proactively anticipating and preparing for upcoming activities and events, including scheduling and booking appointments
- Organise office documents
- Conduct research
- Complete light housekeeping of the office
- Manage business communications, including social media management
- Create and maintain documents
- Complete errands and shopping for the business as required
- Be flexible in undertaking other duties as required
- A positive, professional problem solver and team player
- A 'can-do’ attitude and a proactive individual who can work autonomously and within a team. Your ability to meet and drive deadlines and use your initiative to manage and contribute to the workflow of the Director will see you being successful in this role
