Administrative Assistant

We require an Administrative Assistant for a family owned transport business in Canberra. The position provides a range of administration and support services to meet the needs of the office and warehouse. The position includes but is not limited to the below:

1 Greeting visitors and clients.

2 Answering telephone calls and directing or assisting accordingly.

3 General administrative support to the drivers, staff members and customers.

4 General tasks such as filing, scanning and copying. 

5 An understanding of basic Microsoft word and excel is needed. Training will be provided for all other programs.

We are after a punctual, enthusiastic, reliable person to join our team. We are a small office with a team atmosphere to get our tasks done.
