As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented Administrative assistant to play a crutial role in assisting our team.
Trayd Australia is a growing West Australian owned and operated multi-trade company that specialises in fitouts, makegoods, General Maintenance, Plumbing and Electrical, Glazing and more. We do not undertake new builds, and our work is generally commercial and strata including general building repairs, refurbishments, alterations, fit-outs and make goods.
We have a combination of over 60 staff comprising of Trades on the road and office staff. We have a freshly refurbished office for our fantastic team.
We are looking for a Full Time efficient, accurate person to start immediately.
Located in Malaga, your key role will be assisting our Service team.

Your Role:
- Assisting our service team to deliver excellent customer service.
- Scheduling our estimators for quotes and submitting prepared quotes to clients
- Scheduling incoming work and ensuring KPI’s are met.
- Liaising with our projects and services teams to provide administration support.
- Resolving scheduling conflicts to achieve client satisfaction.
- Responding to high volumes of calls and emails and a timely manner.
- Monitoring and updating in-progress and pending jobs.
- Liaising with in-house trades to ensure works are completed/re-scheduled.
- Providing regular updates to clients on the status of the works.
- Completing client service reports.
- Ensuring company and client processes are adhered to.
Skills and Experience:
- Previous scheduling experience (property or building related businesses desirable but not essential).
- Sound knowledge of MS Office suite of products.
- Previous knowledge of scheduling software (Servicem8 advantageous but not essential).
- Willing to learn and grow your skills as the role evolves with our growing business.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Ability to take initiative and handle high stress situations.
- Friendly, outgoing, and positive personality with a passion for customer service.
