Civiltest is one of Australia’s leading Geotechnical consulting companies. Part of our services include conducting Geotechnical Site Investigations, Construction Inspections, and general Geotechnical Consulting.
An opportunity exists at our Cockburn Central office for a full-time administration assistant.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Projects Coordination including staff scheduling, travel bookings and claim submissions
- Coordinating outsourced testing
- Liaising with clients
- Registering, typing, and issuing quotes and reports
- Invoicing
- General office duties
Previous experience is not essential for this role however the following attributes are desired:
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Solid English & maths skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team
Engineering/building industry experience will be an advantage.
