Administrative Assistant / Office All Rounder - Padstow (NSW)

We are a close-knit family business located in Padstow just a short distance from the M5. We require a reliable, enthusiastic, flexible and highly capable Administrative Assistant / Office All-rounder to join our busy office. The hours are from 9:00am to 5:00pm although there is some flexibility around these hours for the right candidate. 

Reporting to the business owners you will be an experienced, capable and competent all-rounder who will take ownership and pride in running the office. 

• Answer phones and provide a high level of customer service.
• Taking orders from customers and raising invoices.
• Assist with various accounts receivable and payable duties.
• Banking, filing, stationary ordering, etc.
• Customer Service and Admin Support.

To be successful in the role you must demonstrate the following attributes;

• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
• Organised with a good attitude.
• Must have a current driver’s license
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Diligent and attention to detail is a must.
• Experienced with Reckon Accounts software preferred.
• Experienced with Word, Excel and Outlook. 
• 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
