Administrative Assistant / Office All Rounder - Padstow (NSW)
We are a close-knit family business located in Padstow just a short distance from the M5. We require a reliable, enthusiastic, flexible and highly capable Administrative Assistant / Office All-rounder to join our busy office. The hours are from 9:00am to 5:00pm although there is some flexibility around these hours for the right candidate.
Reporting to the business owners you will be an experienced, capable and competent all-rounder who will take ownership and pride in running the office.
- Answer phones and provide a high level of customer service.
- Taking orders from customers and raising invoices.
- Assist with various accounts receivable and payable duties.
- Banking, filing, stationary ordering, etc.
- Customer Service and Admin Support.
To be successful in the role you must demonstrate the following attributes;
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Organised with a good attitude.
- Must have a current driver’s license
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Diligent and attention to detail is a must.
- Experienced with Reckon Accounts software preferred.
- Experienced with Word, Excel and Outlook.
- 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
