Administrative Assistant Preschool

• Administrative Assistant position that supports 3 preschools - KU John J Carroll , KU Peter Pan La Perouse and KU Peter Pan Paddington
• The role is shared across three services for 12 hours per week as follows:
• 1 day per week at KU John J Carroll
• 2 hours per week at KU Peter Pan Paddington
• 2 hours per week at KU Peter Pan La Perouse

The Role

We are looking for an organised administrator to provide a range of administrative duties vital to the efficient operations of these services. This unique opportunity will see you co-located across KU John J Carroll, KU Peter Pan La Perouse and KU Peter Pan Paddington.

In particular, for these services you will be managing enrolments, family account's and the centre’s waiting list using the software XAP, s ome general accounting tasks, responding to email and phone queries’ and assisting the Director with a range of tasks including filing and record keeping, as well as being the friendly point of contact for families’

• A collaborative team approach
• Strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to establish, maintain and enhance positive internal and external relationships
• A positive and ‘can do’ attitude
• Previous experience and / or a relevant qualification
• Have proficient computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
