Kogil Street Preschool is an early childhood education centre that caters for children between the ages of three and five.
Kogil Street Preschool is seeking an Administration Assistant to join the team part time working approximately 12 hours per week. We are open to negotiate what days and times that you work or even hybrid conditions.
The Administration Assistant would work closely with the Director of the centre as well as with the Kogil Street Preschool Committee.
If you possess the following skills we would love to hear from you!
* Experience with MYOB
*Prepare cash payment summaries, banking report and bank statements;
*Provide specialised advice and information on the organisation’s products and service;
*Arrange travel bookings and itineraries; make appointments; screen telephone calls; respond to invitations; organise internal meetings on behalf of executive(s); establish and maintain reference lists/personal contact systems for executive(s).
*Work under close direction using established practices, procedures and instructions;
*Perform routine clerical and office functions;
*Problems can usually be solved by reference to established practices, procedures and instructions.
*Indicative tasks may include:
*Reception/switchboard;
*Maintenance of basic records;
*Filing, collating, photocopying.
Above award wage, to be negotiated based on knowledge, skills and experience.
