We are looking for an organised administrator to provide a range of administrative duties vital to the efficient operations of the service. In particular, you will be managing enrolments, family accounts and the centre's waiting list using the software XAP, some general accounting tasks, responding to email and phone queries' and assisting the Director with a range of tasks including filing and record keeping, as well as being the friendly point of contact for families'. This is a permanent, Part Time position working 6 hours per week, the day of work is negotiable with the successful candidate.
You will need:
- Excellent customer service skills
- A collaborative team approach
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to establish, maintain and enhance positive internal and external relationships
- A positive and 'can do' attitude
- Previous experience and / or a relevant qualification
- Have proficient computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
