  • Administrative Assistant position that supports 3 preschools -
, and * The role is shared across three services for 12 hours per week as follows:
  • 1 day per week at KU John J Carroll
  • 2 hours per week at KU Peter Pan Paddington
  • 2 hours per week at KU Peter Pan La Perouse

The Role
We are looking for an organised administrator to provide a range of administrative duties vital to the efficient operations of these services. This unique opportunity will see you co-located across KU John J Carroll, KU Peter Pan La Perouse and KU Peter Pan Paddington.
In particular, for these services you will be managing enrolments, family account's and the centre's waiting list using the software XAP, some general accounting tasks, responding to email and phone queries' and assisting the Director with a range of tasks including filing and record keeping, as well as being the friendly point of contact for families'

  • Previous experience and / or a relevant qualification
  • Have proficient computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
