Administrative Assistant - Part time

We are currently looking for a proactive and experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team.

Our services include expert, up-to-date training across Australia, both online and in-person. Our comprehensive support extends beyond training, with ongoing assistance through our helpdesk, detailed training manuals, and informative newsletters.
Job Description:
- Provide administrative support to various staff and clients, including allocating help-desk queries to senior staff members, management of travel schedules and other office tasks such as filing, mailing and printing.
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage to our extensive client database, including bookings for our training, email marketing blasts, and tracking of client queries.
- Set up and manage online webinars, including pre-and-post client communications.
- Liaise with event managers at various venues to book, plan and coordinate in-person seminars across Australia.
- Have ability to travel up to 2 days a month for work-related tasks
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Willingness to travel occasionally for work-related purposes
- Experience with using Microsoft Office 365 an advantage
- Proficiency in the Salesforce ecosystem and other relevant software an advantage
- Experience with setting up and managing online webinars an advantage
- Event coordination and planning experience an advantage
- Training can be provided for the right candidate who does not fulfil all of the above requirements
