As an Administrative Assistant with great attention to detail and a natural flair for organisation, you will use your skills to provide a high level of service and support the team by taking care of all administrative requirements.
Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
- Provide support to the Office Manager;
- Liaising with internal stakeholders;
- Drafting and formatting of legal documents with a high level of attention to detail;
- Opening and closing matters including data entry, filing and archiving;
- Data entry in the client management system;
- Liaise with members via email and phone;
- Manage and process training registrations, confirmations, transfers and cancellations
- Respond to training enquiries via email and phone;
- Logistics of training sessions (printing, binding, preparing rooms, arranging catering etc)
This is position is based in Perth CBD on a full-time, permanent basis.

Success in this role will come from your natural communication skills, dedication to customer service and exceptional organisational, attention to detail and administrative skills. Above all, you will be a driven individual with a strong desire to go above and beyond to exceed customers' expectations.
To be considered for this role you will possess:
- Demonstrated experience in administration and customer service
- Have an outstanding level of attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise work
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft suite of products, specifically Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Office 365
- Experience using CRM systems (preferred)
- National Police Clearance
