We are looking for an enthusiastic innovator to fill a Administrative Assistant position. We are seeking a self-starter with excellent communication and decision making skills. Successful candidates will enjoy working in a fast paced environment and will actively contribute to the growth of the company. The position will report to the National Retail Support Manager and will have the responsibility of assisting in the management of the Retail Support portfolio.
Core Responsibilities:
- Assist in day to day office management
- Data entry and data cleansing
- Produce monthly performance reports
- Contribute to the delivery of company events
- Assist in the management of company projects and initiatives
- Ad hoc reporting, presentations and analysis as required from Management.
Key Competencies:
- High competency in Excel
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and insights
- Excellent communication skills
- Must have a strong work ethic, self-starter and ability to work with minimal supervision
- Strategic mindset with a focus on driving results and meeting targets
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (advantageous but not mandatory)
