About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated individual who has outstanding leadership and customer service skills to join the team at Monash Childrens Specialist Consulting (Outpatients), Clayton. The Administration Manager provides strong leadership to our clinic administration team, supporting our clinical teams and our patients, located across a number of locations in Monash Childrens Hospital & Monash Medical Centre. The Specialist Consulting (Outpatients) team is responsible for ensuring the patient experience is second to none. The patient is treated with respect and dignity while seeking the support and services of Monash Health.
About You
You have been developing your leadership and management experience or you are an accomplished healthcare leader who enjoys working in a fast paced environment. Either way, working in a hospital environment doesn’t faze you and you are able to maintain and demonstrate integrity, compassion, accountability, respect and excellence.
You have:
Strong leadership approach to your team and work responsibilities and enjoy coaching and training others to achieve successful outcomes
Previous experience identify and implementing changes to processes and procedures
Friendly and helpful customer service and communication skills
Enjoy working collaboratively and believe it’s a priority to be successful
Proven organisational skills and can work autonomously
Demonstrable ability to manage a range of administration responsibilities across a number of areas
A quality focus whilst ensuring work is completed within the required time frames
A flexible approach to staggered start and finish times
What you need:
Relevant qualifications in health and/or management
Demonstrated experience in a similar role
Proficient in Microsoft Office products
The Ability to work onsite fulltime to support the team
