Laurus Education is a vocational education and training and ELICOS management company overseeing the work of several institutes across Australia.
We are looking for a Customer Service Manager to support our development of education businesses in Australia. This is a full-time position based in Melbourne. Below are the requirements for the position.
ABOUT YOU:
· Relevant Customer Service experience, including both front-line and management roles
· Experience in handling customer complaints and resolving disputes
· Experience in training front-line staff to deliver Customer Services
· Proficiency in utilizing Customer Service management systems to assist management in supervising the delivery of Customer Service
· The ability to communicate in different languages is an advantage
The Roles
Key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to;
Formulate, implement, and assess Customer Service policies and procedures to improve service quality.
Serve as the main liaison for business-to-business communications, ensuring smooth interactions and cultivating strong business partnerships.
Supervise, and manage the Customer Service team to achieve performance targets and deliver outstanding service.
Develop and implement action plans based on customer feedback to enhance service delivery.
Oversee all facets of Customer Service operations to maintain exceptional service standards and ensure customer satisfaction.
Plan and execute training programs for Customer Service staff to enhance their skills and expertise.
Evaluate and monitor the performance of Customer Service staff, providing feedback and coaching to boost their effectiveness.
Liaising with other organisational units, service agents and customers to identify and respond to customer expectations

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success within a similar role or work environment.
Have a right to work in Australia
Previous experience (at least 2 years) in a Customer Service supervisory or management role
Be able to work under pressure
Be a team player with excellent communication skills
Highly organized and efficient
