Job description

Reporting to the Director/Owner your duties would include:

  • Maintaining relationships with customers
  • Meeting Customer Service financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing annual budgets and scheduling expenditures, minimum of 3 years experience as Manager.
  • Improving Customer Service by conducting surveys and studying, evaluating and re-designing processes and establishing and communicating service metrics and monitoring and analysing results
  • Developing customer satisfaction goals and coordinating with the team to meet them on a steady basis.
  • Implementing an effective customer loyalty program.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documenting all Customer Service activities and discussions.
  • Assessing service statistics and preparing detailed reports on findings.
  • Managing the approved budget of the Customer Service department.
  • Staying informed on the latest industry techniques and methods.
  • Enforcing company policies and procedures.
  • Emails and providing other general assistance as required
To be successful in this role you must

Have strong organisational and time management skills.

  • Possess a high attention to detail, be self-motivated and have the ability to multi-task.
  • Have sound interpersonal and communication skills (both oral & written)
  • Proficiency in
AppleMac and it softwares Numbers and Xero are essentials.
