Reporting to the CEO, you will work in close collaboration with the admin team & wider team to provide dedicated support to the office, manage with the day-to-day general office operations, and promote a thriving workplace culture.
- Crafting an outstanding front of house experience with a high level of attention to detail in all areas, especially with respect to our client and visitor experience
- Having impeccable presentation, friendly and professional communication skills, and the ability to host and interact with visitors, including staff, suppliers and clients on a variety of levels
- Manage leases and office setup/updates/fit out/renovations project
- Manage reliable reception functions – couriers, distribution of mail, catering etc
- Manage with the induction of new team members including workstation set-ups for new and relocating staff
- Develop, improve and review administrative systems and policies
Requirements
- 8 - 10 years of experience in a related field, such as management or financial reporting, preferred
- Strong problem solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines
- Exceptional leadership and time, task, and resource management skills
- Bachelor’s degree
