Details: The ACT Victims of Crime Commissioner (VOCC) is seeking Administrative Officers with excellent organisational skills to support the work of the Client Services Team and Financial Assistance Scheme Team.
The position provides integral day-to-day administrative support, including significant data entry. The tasks include managing incoming communication, preparing simple outgoing communications with internal and external stakeholders; and creating and updating client and application records.

Eligibility/ Other Requirements: Sound organisational skills, including the ability to exercise initiative, prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
Excellent use of a variety of computer software and experience using technology systems whilst adhering to IT and records management business rules.
Demonstrated ability to prepare and maintain accurate records.
Sound judgement, discretion and ability to manage sensitive and confidential material.
Note: Two full-time permanent positions are available immediately. An order of merit or merit pool will be established from this selection process and may be used to fill future similar vacancies over the next 12 months. Selection may be based on application and referee reports only.
