To be successful for this role, you must have:
- A valid Drivers Licence
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably with dispatch responsibilities
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
- Basic accounting knowledge is advantageous (MYOB.)
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Streamline office operations by managing administrative tasks
- Data Entry
- Processing orders
- Printing documents
- Preparing orders
- Manage incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate department or personnel
- Dispatch responsibilities, including coordinating deliveries to customers or suppliers
- Driving to deliver items to customers or suppliers as necessary
- Ensure compliance with all policies and procedural requirement
