About the rolePosition involves Auditing the Fuel and Toll Accounts in our large fleet of trucks. Private Assistant duties for the Managing Director eg making appointments booking flights and various other duties.
We require an administration person who has experience in the following
- We require an experienced Administration Officer that is an all rounder
- Excellent Phone Manner.
- Must have Excellent Computer Skills,
- Role requires strict attention to detail with Data Entry and Extensive knowledge of Excel and Word and Email
- Attention to detail essential
- Prior Knowledge of Road Transport Business Essential
- Role Involves Checking Fuel and Toll Accounts
- Private Assistant Duties for the Managing Director
- Full training in our software will be provided
- Position Requires a High Level Confidentiality
- This position is permanent.
- Training provided in our tracking systems for investigating Fuel and Toll use
Monday to Friday 8 am to 5pm an hour for lunch. Permanent Position.
