An exciting opportunity exists for a motivated and energetic person to join our team. We are recruiting a full-time Administrative Assistant (AO2 - AAEP). This role plays an important part in contributing to the efficient and effective delivery of teacher replacement and enrolment support services to the school.

Your role:
As the Administrative Officer (AO2 - AAEP) you will manage teacher replacements and associated processes such as processing leave, preparing supervision and inductions packs and assisting with arrangements for pre-service teachers. This is an extremely important, busy and valued role within the school ensuring that all arrangements are made in a timely way.
Responsibilities include:
- Contribute to the effective and efficient administrative management of the student enrolment process with data entry of student enrolment applications and departures.
- Preparation of enrolment packs, updates to subject forms and general administrative duties.
- Support Principal in scheduling enrolment interviews, the Young Scholars Program and Orientation days
PLEASE NOTE: the hours for this position are from 6:00 am to 2:45 pm. This includes a standard 36.25 hours per week plus 5 hours of ADO to accommodate paid school holiday periods at the end of Terms 2 and 3 with annual leave accruals for the end of year school break.
A period of training and handover will be provided.
