About the Role
Responsibilities include:
- Provide operational advice and support relating to the delivery of administrative, human resource and financial services.
- Ensure administrative, human resource and financial management systems are developed, implemented and maintained.
- Understand the legislative frameworks, acts, awards and whole of government directives and departmental policies and procedures for human resource management and financial services.
- Create and manage purchase orders, accounts receivable and payable, invoicing, corporate card management and accounts reconciliation using a range of financial management systems.
