What you’ll be doing:
Answering Calls: Be the friendly, professional voice that patients and referrers hear, ensuring they feel welcomed and supported.
Scheduling: Use our state-of-the-art RIS system, to efficiently manage and organize patient appointments.
Maximising Efficiency: Keep our operations running smoothly by managing appointments and ensuring optimal use of our resources.
Referrals: Handle patient referrals from multi-disciplinary teams with accuracy and attention to detail.
Patients Preparation: Communicate clearly with patients, providing them with all necessary information about preparation, cost estimates, and other requirements.
