About the Role:
As a Fulfilment Officer, your key responsibilities are to assist with processing and monitoring product movement and associated key metrics.
• Manual and API order processing
• Using spreadsheets to track and update the status of outstanding orders
• Creating and maintaining Sales Order and Purchase Orders
• Follow up outstanding orders, product ETAs and product status
• Source replacement products/appropriate swaps
• Updating relevant internal teams with product status changes
• Zendesk ticket allocation and management
• Confirming processing, readying invoices for finance action/payment, and actioning remittances
Your Skills and Experience:
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and organisational skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient Microsoft office skills including Excel and Outlook, with the ability to learn in-house systems
- High attention to detail
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
