State Schools - Disability, Inclusion and Student Services are seeking applicants for the vacancy of Administrative Officer (AO3) within the Reasonable adjustments resourcing (RAR) Quality Assurance Team. This is a temporary, full-time position available immediately through to 28 March 2025, unless otherwise determined.
The Administrative Officer will support the work of the Students with disability - Reasonable adjustments resourcing (RAR) Quality Assurance team. Previously experience using the department’s student database, OneSchool is highly desirable.

Your Role:
The key duties of the role include:
- Receiving telephone and email enquiries and responding in a professional and timely manner, providing information as required, or where necessary direct the queries to the appropriate area;
- Allocating work and managing Outlook email accounts and applications made by schools through OneSchool;
- Supporting effective workflow within the team through accurate data entry and word processing;
- Assisting with ordering, stock control, records/file management and financial management;
- Organising travel and accommodation bookings and associated expense claims for staff and clients; and
- Contributing to developing effective administrative functions.
