Documents and Records Services, ODPP, are seeking expressions of interest for multiple AO2 Administrative Officer (Records) and Client Service Officer roles. Permanent and fixed-term temporary full-time and part-time opportunities are available over the next 12 months.
Applicants are required to provide support by undertaking the designated administrative and reception duties, including file creation, data entry, liaise with internal and external stakeholders, within the designated work areas ensuring compliance with applicable policies and guidelines.

The Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (ODPP) represents the State of Queensland in criminal cases. The ODPP's significant responsibility is to prosecute criminal matters in the High Court of Australia, Court of Appeal (Qld), Supreme Court, Mental Health Court, District Court, the Childrens Court of Queensland and the Magistrates Court (in limited locations and matters).

Client Services Officers provide administrative and word processing support for the Brisbane and regional chambers reception duties.
Administrative Officers (Records) perform a range of duties within the Document and Records Services Unit of the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions.
